Chili Queen Forum

Join us in planning ways to authentically celebrate and re-voice San Antonio’s first entrepreneurs:  The Chili Queens.  These intrepid women were known for literally feeding armies during war, and “inventing” chili along the way, changing the food landscape of the U.S.

We’ll start with a discussion led by panelists about their history and challenges, as well as ways that their institutions can pool resources to create a one of a kind Chili Expo.  Later, we’ll enjoy the view of 1 Watson Rooftop bar as they provide a tasty sample of their popular Frito Pie.  Drinks are available for purchase.
