Start your morning with the practice of T’ai Chi, led by Michael Graves. In this course, you’ll work to gain strength, balance, and focus while you meditate in movement.
This class takes place every Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 am. No need to register. Just show up in comfortable clothing (flat shoes preferred).
The class takes place in Main Plaza’s lovely portal space, located on the river level, near the Blue Star kiosk.
